REPLACE or INSERT SUBS to a DVD

I have a riped version of a DVD from a friend whit two subtitles , ENG and SPA, but the subpicture menu only have English, so the person who RIP the DVD already insert a SPA subtitles but this version of subtitles are ugly and i want to replace.
I want to replace or insert a new subpicture language (the subtitle already have it in SUP format) to my DVD, BUT WHITOUT LOSE the menus and other things.
I dont want to use MUXMAN or anything that only create an ISO whitout menus.
