Karaoke's Audio

i was wondering if i can uncheck one of the AC3-2 audio sound to save some space. would that affect the karaoke at all? the voice & instrumental sound?

i would like to retain both.

one stream might be the practise track where they help you by having voice,
after you get good enough you'll hate that part, keep both
