Re Authoring Dvd Xcopy Disks

I have some DVDs made with dvd xcopy and now want to re-author them in DVD Shrink but get a navigational error and can't proceed, any suggestions?

Process the whole DVD with FixVTS.

Make new backup copy from the original disk.
