AO3 Error PLEASE HELP!!

I am using a A03 with the most recent firmware on windows XP with prassi software and very time i try to burn i get a error similar to the one below.

error 10-at sector 4960 -command:2a sense ff asc:02 ascq:04

Does any body know what could be causing this??

I also got this error but not with DVD burning. Normal CD R disks did the same.

There is a freeware burner that is better @ burning DVD's than Prassi and very simple to use with DVDShrink on D-9 'shrinks and D-5 1 : 1 back-ups.

Try the freewares DVDDecrypter v. 3.1.9.0 and IMGTools Classic v. 0.91.1 (from Coujo.de). IMG Classic will turn the 'Shrink files into an ISO image and 'Decrypter will automatically burn that ISO'ed movie. Easy to use.

Many people whom back-up DVD movies stop using Prassi, Roxio, Nero, etc. and use the freewares mentioned above as they usually are no problems.
