I will try that in a second. On closer analysis it appears title one was messed up twice - it starts over twice, in the middle of it.

This happens in two software players, however it still shows the same time data so it didn't skip... it's a problem with the actual VOBs.

Oh might it be that the muxed title I didn't split into 1GB chunks?

In that case, you need to take a few steps back. An IfoEdit mock strip might help. It sounds like a pointer issue. Make sure there are no VOB PUOps.

Did you everything suggested by blutach? In particular, have you rebuild the time map and fixed the cell flags and cell command number?

I tried those settings, still bad.


Look at the log, it shows kinda what I am saying. It just starts over at cell 9 or 10. Any way to fix that?

OK, it worked! But somehow I lost the subtitles. The mock stripped one has them. Any idea why?

Are they in the VOB? Look thru in DVDSubEdit. Check the streams in the IFO of the title.

Yes it's in the original VOB.

And yes, it's also in the VOB. Well, depends on the player. MPC opens them fine, if I use the menu to select english captions. Nero has them off no matter what.

Burn to an RW and see. If MPC plays them OK, there should be little problems.

When I open it in PgcEdit, and go to Domain Stream Attributes it says "there is 0 subtitle streams but it's set to 1, would you like to fix" or something like that.

If I tell it there are 0 subtitles, that would disable them wouldn't it? Why would VobBlanker make it so there are no subtitles?

So, have you somehow deleted a stream? You can add it in using IfoEdit. Post your latest IFOs.

How would I re-add the stream?

Please tell me the stream ID numbers in hex. Drag VTS_01_1.VOB onto DVDSubEdit. And open the stream selection dialogue. Let me know what the streams are exactly.



After that, it will be a piece of cake to fix the IFOs.
