Getting a weird sound on my analog to digital captures!

I'm using a dazzle hollywood bridge... and I'm capturing it using Studio 9... most of the video is fine but at some later time the video starts making a clickly sound that can be heared most strongly when someone talks... this is very anonying and I would like to correct it before I trash the vhs tape.
    this is the youtube link:
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

I changed vcr... I used a slv-r1000 for the transfer the audio is much better now less noise... the portion where the audio distorted does not distort now but other portions of the video still distort the sound so I keep having the same issue... any ideas?
About video do you also notice a distorted line at the buttom... is more clearly seem on the original avi how do I resolve this too?
