VOB joiner than retains chapter points?

I know that there are a few different VOB joining tools. Do any of them have the ability to join files together & still keep any chapter markers the separate files had?

chapters are kept in the ifo files, all the vob files have is the cell identification used for reference by the ifo, and the id's are retained by all joiners afaik

If I interpret your answer correctly the VOB files should retain their chapter points even after they are joined together. I tried this using the joiner function of VideReDo Pro & it didn't work.
