extract subs from video files

I have backup a dvd using the file option in dvd decrypter...I would like to find out how I could extract the subtitle files ( since the movie is in French)...

-DVD Decrypter in ISO mode, stream processing enabled.
-VSRip
-SubRip
and many others...

But, when you ripped the movie in file mode. The subtitles are present in your movie (the VOB files), no need to extract them once more.
