Burn Dvd To Dvd ????? ( Help )

CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME A HAND HERE I HAVE A PIONEER 104 DVDBURNER & I JUST CANT GET IT RIGHT !!!!!!!!!

1 I USE SMARTRIPPER & BACK UP ALL THE FILES
2 1 SELECT ALL THE VIDEO_TS FILES(3)
3 ALL THE MOVIE VOB FILES
4 PUT THEM IN A FILE CALLED VIDEO_TS ( CAP LETTERS )
5 MAKE A EMPTY FILE CALLED AUDEO_TS
6 TRY TO BURN WITH PRISSO PRIMO DVD
7 DISC DATA ERROR ALWAYS COMES UP

EVERYONE SAYS GO TO DOOME9 BUT I CAN NOT SEE ANY STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ?

Did u download the upgrade for your burner using windows Xp or any available for your OS and burner?

Try capturing all the files in one folder(name it whatever) when done ripping u will have all the files u need inside,
1. u will have a video_ts and a audio_ts
2. I toss out the audio_ts all together
3. Now I have only video_ts folder
3. change to in capital letters now.
4. open prassi and go full screen
5. hit data disc
6. drop and dragg only the VIDEO_TS folder that holds the files
