Insufficient System Resources in DVD Shrink

Hi,
I have just started to use DVD Shrink (v3.2) and every time I click on 'backup' the encoding box opens and the program starts encoding. Then usually at about 60% - 80%, I get an error box saying -
"DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
Failed to write file "G:\1\title of film\VIDEO_TS\VTS_xx_x.VOB"
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service"
I have about 95Gb free on G:

Can anyone help please ?
