question for those who use menu shrink

I'm just curious what everyone uses for the frame select percentage??
Does anyone only use a certain percentage or do you preview them so you can select the frame??

which is better? opinions?

Easiest to view them in large mode to get the best looking frame. The % is meaningless.

In advanced options I have the preview select box checked and use the slider to pick the frame I want to keep.
