Question about pgcedit v8.6 and plugins.

i found what claims to be a good backup technique i want to try. i needed some programs i dont have to do it. well i've acquired them all (including pgcedit) but it says i need a PSL 2 v.2.14 plugin for pgcedit. i've looked everywhere for it. can anybody let me know if its built into the the latest pgcedit version, and if it isn't where can i get it.
by the way i've never used pgcedit so i'm not even sure i know how, that why i was going to use that guide.

We can't talk about decrypting DVDs on this forum. As well, that plugin is well out of date.
