How to add menu of you own

I've downloaded a movie and i want to add menu title of my own with play ,subtitle,Scence selection and background movie picture with these three or more button.When i click on scence selection it will give me option to choose different secen from movie like chapter 1-4 ,chap 5-8 etc..

If anybody know please let me know as I'm new to these ripping thing..what kind of software i need..
