Hi all,
Not sure If this is the right place but I guess this is still 'editing'.
I need an MPEG-2 command line splitter. The process I'm looking into is the following:
type In Point and Out Point (SMPTE timecode) and voila! I get the segment I asked whithout reencoding it.
Is there such a utility?
