Help with Subs in AVI2DVD

Hmmm..


I followed the guides

i tried different char sets...
I tried different fonts
Tried different sub offsets
Tried different encoders

BUT NO SUBS!!

Im trying to convert an avi into a dvd
25 frames - 16:9 format
Subs in .SRT and in Danish

But no subs on the final result..
Any suggestions ??
