dvd shrink 3.2 problem

hi,

hope this is where i post this question....

have been using shrink 3.2 for a couple of years and never had this problem....here it is.....

when i start to back up a new movie, it starts encoding and at about the 45% mark i get this error message...


""dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
out of memory
not enough storage is available to process this command.""



have new computer and temp storing on my C drive that has 357 GB free and am always overwriting file when i copy a new movie.
i also deleted the program i was using and downloaded a new one and same error message.

anybody have any idea.
