PAL to NTSC Menu

I have a home made folder that contains all the DVD files .vob, IFO, ect. The folder is in PAL format as it came from the UK. It is a edited sporting event with 7 chapters and the menu screen comes up and alows you to select any of the 7 days. I need NTSC video so I processed the folder with Procoder 3 but the menu was not included. How do I convert to NTSC and retain the menu and its funcions?
