multiAVCHD menu problem

Can someone tell me why the following errors come up when multiavchd is trying to create menus? Do I need to install some helper program. I have already installed avisynth.

[20:57:17] Error encoding main menu page #3!
[20:57:23] Encoding motion XMB menu page [3/25]: Setup page (audio/subtitle).

....and so on for all video clips.
