DVD Flick playback problem.

I burned a .mkv movie to dvd with DVD Flick, following a tutorital. And when i played it back on my computer, the first 33 seconds of the movie was played in fastforward and then just still frames for the rest of the movie. Also noticed that the still frames were very low quality. Anyone know why this is?

EDIT: Also just noticed that the very beginning of original file isnt the very beginning of the playback.
