help with ifoedit

im trying to convert pal dvd to ntsc..the video comes out great but the flags for the menu are off???....help anybody what am I missing?

It is extremely difficult, almost impossible, to convert a PAL menu to NTSC (or vice versa). You have to convert the subtitle streams of the menu too and edit the hot areas manually, among other difficulties. AFAIK there is nothing to automate this task.

IMO, you should keep the main movie only, or buy a DVD player and/or TV that support PAL. If you want to try to keep the menus anyway, consult the guides. None of them are perfect, but you'll get an idea of the difficulty.
