DIvX to DVD Sync problems

Hi I hope someone can help as this is driving me nuts. I have a few divx movies in which i want to put onto dvd. I have to change the frame rate to 25 fps from 23.997 for my dvd auth prog to work, but then the audio goes out of sync. I have tried loads of stuff to get the audio back in but it won`t work. I have tried interleaving in virtual dub a putting different values in for delay but the first part of the avi will be in sync but then it gradually goes out. PLEASE HELP

Try NanDub and bbMPEG - avi2mpg2_vfw.exe to demux and the recompres in MPEG2 and make image with SpruceUp authoring or DVDWorkshop,MovieFactory Ulead
