No Sound in Castaway

I have tried ripping Castaway with Smartripper and DVD Decoder selecting only the AC3 sound track. Every time it finishes the picture is perfect but there is no sound. Can someone please tell me how to rip it so I can back it onto one disc with DVD2One. Thanks.

Just rip the ENTIRE DVD (DON'T eliminate or select any specific streams) and use DVD2One to create either a duplicate of the full DVD or of the movie only. The visual quality of the video will not suffer with either choice...
