    Copying a dvd

    I AM NEW TO THIS AND DONT HAVE A CLUE

    I am using vob burning software that I received with my toshiba burner and i dont have a clue as to where to start. I want to copy (burn) a dvd.

    Where do i start and what do i do next.

      Here ya go noob...


      DVD-9 (over 4.7gb) to DVD-5 (dvd-r)
      1) Find DVD Decrypter and use it to rip your dvd to an empty folder on your HD

      2) Use DVD2one and follow the directions on how to compress your dvd into something that will fit onto a dvd-r.

      3) Use Nero to burn the recompressed files to dvd-r

      DVD-5 to DVD-R
      1) Same process as above minus step #2

      All of the programs above are easy to use...stupid easy...you shouldn't have a problem.
