Hi, I'm a newbie. I just bought an LG GSA-4040B DVD burner.
I used DVD X COPYxpress to make perfect backups of 2 DVD's to Memorex DVD-R after first trying succesfully burning to Memorex DVD-RW
I also tried backing up 2 other DVD's using using DVD shrink and then burning to DVD-RW using NERO but keep getting a "focus or tracking error"
What's the most likely cause of this?
