My A06 burns too slow??

My A06 burns too slow??

I bought a Pioneer a06 and when I tryed to burn on a ricoh "G04" it took almost an hour!!?? I burned with "copytodvd" and the speed settings were put at max. Tryed with Clone dvd too, with same result.
