deleting scenes for dvd

Is there a way to delete a scene from a dvd then make a new dvd. I want to buy Matrix Reloaded, but I want to clean it up a bit, one scene does not add to the movie. Can I delete it and still get it to work?

You can use DVD Shrink, in the "Re-author" mode, to accomplish this...

you can delete the UNWANTED VOB files, like the trailer or the making... DO NOT DELETE the main VOB files...then use IFOEDIT to do GET VTS SECTORS...

this is what I've doing with all my Movies backup.
