LG GSA-4040 bad recording

I successful install LG GSA-4040 DVD recorder on my pc.
I read posts about firmware, and i upgrade it to burn Princo DVDs at 4x.
But i have a big problem buring DVDs

I used Nero Burning Rom and Roxio CD & DVD Creator.

With these softwares i try to burn 6 divx and mpeg files, at 2x, but everytime the last file is unreadable.

I try to close the Session and the Disc, and also to leave the disc open and the session closed... but the result is the same.

Doesn't anybody have the same problem?

These two programs conflict with each other. Uninstall the Roxio software, cold reboot your system, try using NERO again...

In the beginning i used only Nero, but i have this problem since my first DVD.
I install Roxio to try another prog... but the result is the same.
