hi all
have just purchased dvd copy xpress and having a few problems with it
1.when i try to back up a dvd 9 it only copies about 15 mins of film onto blank dvd-r.i have gone through the right process to backup ie not selecting entire film but it still won`t work
2.sometimes it stops at 99% and then windows xp tells me it hase encountered a problem and has to close xpress
3 on a dvd5 completes copy but when i put it in my stand alone player only a grid with a grid with a file is on the screen and the player won`t play it
as you can imagine its getting expensive on dvd-r`s
my dvd will usualy play anything can anyone help please
