DVD Decrypter can burn but not finalize

DVD Decrypter can Rip the DVD as ISO and then burn to a blank DVD+R, but i realize that it doesn't finalize the disc, so I needed to use Nero to write in nothing and set the "finalize" option.

How come DVD Decrypter doesn't finalize or can it be set to finalize?

Have you tried PLAYING the "not finalized" DVD? If so, any problem?
