Cant erase my DVD+RW

Second disc I lost, DVD RW+, unable to erase, it hapen when I was trying to back up one of my movies using dvdxplatinum, my computer rebuted in the midle of the burning prosses and I can't get it to erase any more.

If anyone have any information about this problem please let mi know.
