I recently purchased a Panasonic DVD recorder DMR E60. I am using it to transfer vhs to dvd. The results are great when played back on the same recorder and a 15year old Sony TV; however, when I play the dvd back on my newer Sony Wega TV (tried 2 different ones), the playback quality is significantly less. I tried a different dvd player on the old TV and the results were again great. It seems there is some problem with playback using the Wega. Anyone have any idea why, and any suggestions how to correct the problem on the Wega TV? Thanks.
