    Vobrator

    Hi chaps,
When using vobrator on XP pro the previews are so full of pixellation and green stripes you can't see whats going on(also regularly freezes program!)
Anyone have a fix for this,it is otherwise such a good proggy?
    Tks in advance,
    Clanser

Are you sure you're talking about Vobrator?

What version has video preview capability? (None that I'm aware of)

      Vobrator

      Hi,
      I am using ver 0.2b.
The preview I am referring to is the playback option available at the bottom of the window(playback arrow) when you highlight a vob file to see what the stream contains.
      Thanks in advance, Clanser.
PS: Could DVD Region Killer cause this problem?

        "I am using ver 0.2b."

Live and learn. I've had that version for over three years and never noticed the "Play" arrow at the bottom. I just tried it out on a Win98 machine and playback was perfect - no pixelization, no green stripes, no freezing.

The program is that old that perhaps it's not compatible with XP...

          Vobrator

          Hi Setarip,
I may have solved the problem-Vobrator seems to want decrypted files for playback.
I tested it now with files decrypted with dvd decrypter and playback is fine, the same dvd opened direct from the dvd drive has this problem.
          Any comments?
Thanks for input-best regards , Clanser

That is DEFINITELY the case. Vobrator itself has NO "ripping"/decrypting capabilities.
