    DVD burner...which one?

    hi,


    i am currently looking at buying a DVD burner for the following reasons:
    • Backup my DVD collection(s)
    • Encode some movies on my HD into DVD format playable in any DVD reader
    • Backup large files from my HD


    what i have in mind:

      Hi,

      I am wondering if you ever got an answer to this question, as I am looking to replace my HP 200e burner with one that actually works (haven't been able to burn DVDs really at all with it).

      Did you ever buy a reliable burner? Can you reccomend one?
