Nero Recode Runtime Error!

On trying to use Recode to backup a particular dvd, it gives this error when I try to 'Import DVD'

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: D:\ahead\nero recode\recode.exe

abnormal program termination

CLicking OK kills the app.

This only happens on this DVD, not on any other.

is this a commercial DVD, have macromedia protection ? Is the correct region (DVD and DVD Drive) compatible ? Your computer have the last version of DirectX?

Im using DVD for Free and Nero Recode.
Also tried ripping first with Claddvd but have same problems
