    Hi all,

Have you tried one of these:

    - use v3.2 in Full-disc mode, use "Still Image" on the "Unreferenced Materials".

    - Use v3.2 in Reauthor mode to do a movie-only backup (open DVD Shrink in Reauthor mode and browse to the movie title).

    - Rip with v3.1.7 and process with v3.2.

    - Rip and process with DVD Shrink v3.1.7.

Weird way of getting around the soccer player

Hello, I have been getting the errors your are describing. With Taken, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and Star Wars. Today, I found a weird way to remedy this problem. When you press backup, in full disc mode, and start your backup. You see the loop of the universal logo and the soccer player. For some reason I decided to keep clicking the 'Enable Video Preview' check box to turn it off and on ( mostly out of frustration) But, PRESTO. Doing this kicked DVDShrink out of that loop on the beginning of the disk and it's encoding like normal. This isn't a very good fix I admit, but just wanted to let some other people know it might work for them
