    Lg Gsa-4081b

    Hi All,
I bought an LG 4081B with my new computer about 4-6 months ago. Everything was going great, DVD's were backing up, I was happy. Then I probably went a bit overboard with what people said to do about using DVD Shrink with a combination of programs and little downloads that were supposed to help with DVD's that had copy protection. It didn't. I have since formatted hard drive, started again with no luck. A lot of more recent DVD's just wouldn't copy. I then read that if you set the burner to your region (Region 4) then you will have more success. This hasn't been the case. I even went and upgraded the firmware (which worked succesfully on the upgrade), but that still hasn't done anything. I still believe the DVD has life left in it, but everything I have done so far hasn't worked. Is there any way to undo any of the changes I have made? (eg. Region Setting, Firmware) or does anyone else have any solutions that I could try to get the DVD burner working again properly?
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks
