NEC 2510A could not play copied dvd, but burns DVD normally

Hi, I just have one problem fixed and now there is another one. I have my NEC 2510A drive, that burns great. Lately, it could not read any newly inserted disc, even from blockbuster. It read as no disc inside; however, I could burn with a blank disc inside after burning could not read. I upgraded the new firmware, but it has not help. Is there some thing I could do?
