Problems making a copy of a shrink copy

I have made a copy of a film using shrink and also decryptor. Problem I am having is making a second copy of the copy, after I returned the original copy.
    any help is appreciated.

The 'original' was a wedding video which had been transfered onto a dvd format by an american cousin. When she was over I copied it onto a region 2 copy, now I can't copy it again for other family like I thought I could.
didn't realise this was a banned topic
    thanks

"The 'original' was a wedding video"

Copy it onto your hard drive and use NERO to burn from the hard drive copy...

Tried that but it wouldn't copy, maybe the discs I bought are too cheap?
        Sorry for the earlier hassle.

"Tried that but it wouldn't copy,"

You couldn't copy it to your hard drive, or NERO wouldn't copy FROM your hard drive?

Are you using the correct format blank DVD's (DVD-R or DVD+R) for your brand/model of DVD burner?

"I copied it onto a region 2 copy"

          Does this first copy PLAY?

the first copy was okay. I am using -r on a +- writer.
It copied an image onto hard drive but had problems writing onto a disc

That being the case, other than trying higher quality media, I have no further suggestions...

What error message does NERO generate (I'm still asuming you're using NERO to burn)?

Not sure, I would have to try it again and check.
Thanks for tonight, I need to go to work.
I will buy new discs tomorrow and try that.
If I still have problems I will get another copy from the states and try again.
                thanks
