burned a bunch w shrink but now getting file errors. ps help.

    Hello:

I'm hoping someone can help me. I've had a lot of success burning DVD's using Shrink 3.2 and CopytoDVD (purchased it too!).

The last several movies I burned seemed to shrink great! During the write phase, the movies fail. I'm not sure why. I've played with the settings in both programs and nothing seems to help. I've even tried Decrypter, then Shrink, and Then CopytoDVD and still the same write errors. Below are the primary problems that I've seen when I opened the log file.

    Code 00 00 00 [No sense information.]

Code 06 29 00 [Unit attention, Power On or Bus device reset occured]

I attached the log file if that helps clarify.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    John

Sounds like your burner is faltering or failing...

All the way through your log you have requested different speeds but it seems to default to 3X. Now i have not had much experience with the burning prog you are using, but the fault may lay in the drive settings.. Possibly the DMA settings have gone to PIO..
Or possibly your burning program has had a fit ....

If it ain't afloat .... It's sunk .... If it ain't broke.... leave it alone.... I was once indecisive....Now I'm not sure....
