cannot burn disc after shrink3.2

I had a friend install nero, and shrink3.2 and the decrypter. I been having computer problems so I decided to recover my computer and clean it out. I thought I saved all the programs, but for some reason the nero will not work in the burning stage. I got the decrypter to decrypt, and the shrink3.2 ripped it...but my nero won't kick in to start burning. can someone please help me.....I can't get a hold of my friend who installed the nero, but he set it up so it was dummy proof. All I did was decrypt the move, and then open 3.2 shrink, get the file from my desk top, defragment it, and then back it up. Once it was done backing up the movie, the drive would pop open, asking for a blank disc . then the movie would be burned. I can't do it now.....please someone help.
