I don't know if any one is still having trouble with this title, but i backed mine up tonight.
it's a R1 disk and all i did was use DVD43 and shrink, i placed an image still in the unref material and i think the key for me anyways is i have started tunring video preview off during encoding that seems to help with alot of problems i was having in the short time i been doing this.
