Error during burn process

Hello,
I recently purchased an external DVD burner(Brand: I/O Magic 16X) and I have been having trouble since I started with it. I have only managed a 25% success rate with the 20 media I burnt. While burning it errors saying "Could not perform end of Disc-at-once"

Try to burn at 4x.
Update the drivers for your USB channels (suspect you are using USB).
