DVD+R's are not CD's. They are DVD's.

The blank media you use, is one of the most important and vital parts of DVD burning. You buy cheap crap, and thats what you get plus alot of frustration from it not burning.Comment

Everyone definition of "Cheap" is different. Your best bet is to buy in very small quantities right now until you find a media that works for you. That way you don't buy a 50 pack and have to throw most of them away if they suck.
Best place to get media though is online. I highly recommend http://www.meretline.com . Buy some 5 or 10 packs of a certain brand. Find the best results, and then buy in bulk (bulk = 50 or 100 pack).
