Burning Errors

Hi,

I have bene burning movies without problems using Shrink/Decrypter but recently I got a message saying "Access denied"...what does this mean.

I tried playing the movie on my laptop and it seemed that the entire movie did get burnt and also it seems OK.....anything I need to know about this error message.
