    focus or tracking error

    i have burnt one dvd+r(tdk) using dvd shrink 3.2 and nero 6. since then i keep encountering the above error. dvd-r's burn with no problem at all. i have only tried dvd+r's as it has been said they r better for dvd video. any suggestions?

    dvd+r's aren't any better, i'd stick with what works...

      A focus error is a hardware problem when using bad or incompatible media. It sounds like the DVD+R's are not suitable for your burner. Go back to the -R's you were using or look up your burner and find other compatible media.

                No, I never updated it from the retail one.. I checked long time ago(like a year), and there were no serious bugs which applied to me....
