Burning via VCbCr versus S-Video ports, which is better?

I have a choice in hooking up my DVD burning equipment - I can use either a VCbCr port or an S-Video port. Source is HiDef. Some folks have told me S-Video provides better resolution for burning, others have said it doesn't matter. Can someone help by directing me to information on the subject, or if you know the answer from experience... Thanks. noels
