Burning backup file saved on hard drive?

i'm new to this. i saved my backup file to my hard drive (using DVD Decrypter). i tried looking thru the forum to see if there was a thread that answered my question already but i can't find it. so how do you burn a backup file that's saved on the hard drive? i also have Nero 6 and DVD Shrink 3.2.

i can't seem to burn it with DVD Decrypter because i don't have an iso file in any of the folders (where i saved the backup files). is there a tutorial for DVD Shrink or Nero?

what is it you have then? video and audio ts folders perhaps ?(they contain vobs, bups, ifo's) the audio one is empty. you would have used shrink for this. unless you shrank the iso from dvd decrypter next. anyway, all you have to do is burn the video ts folder in nero. choose "dvd video files" click help for nero's own guide on how to burn. it's really simple.
