Burning audio to a CD from a DVD

I want to know if it is possible to burn the DVD audio to a CD. I have several concerts and music video DVDs which I would like to play on my car or stereo but just as a music CD.
So can I take just the audio and burn it in a CD? If so, How? I can hook up my stand alone cd burner to the stand alone DVD player but it is slow and I have to move things from one room to the other and hook them up, besides I have to stay there all the time so I can push the track button everytime a new song begins if not I'll have one or two hour songs on the CD.
    Your help is appreciated, thanks.

freeware dvd decrypter can do it

    1) First make sure that DVD Decrypter is in IFO Mode!

    2) Click on the main Concert file under the input tab

At this point you can choose to rip all of it or just one scene (or song).

    3) After sellecting the files you want to rip, click on the Stream Proccessing tab.

    4) Enable Stream Proccessing

    5) Check the Audio stream box only!

If there are multiple audio streams choose the one that only has two channels.

    6) Now, highlight the checked auido stream and choose to Demux it

    Now your ready to rip!

    7) Rip the DVD (audio stream) to your hard drive by clicking on the DVD to hard-drive icon.

That should create either a LPCM or a AC3 file. then convert that with besweet.

    or look here:

also "nwg" has a good link for a non-freeware program that i believe does it in one click. hopefully nwg will see this and share it with you.

Thanks Lt, I follow the instructions on the link but there are other "formats" on the DVDs I own, not only AC3, there is AC3 6ch which I think it can't be burned to a CD, besides there are some that have LPCM and don't know what others. What can I do with those?
Also when I finally got some AC3s from a DVD (Rush Chronicles) I backed up them on the Hard drive but when trying to burn them to the CD Nero starts and all seems right, but when it is analysing the tracks after the first one it just turns of and dissapears, no error message no nothing, Am I doing something wrong?
