This is the first time nero has ever failed copying a CD.

Try using Roxio. That is what I copy with and it works perfectly. Another way to do it is using an audio program like Windows Media Player or MusicMatch - though that involves ripping the songs from the CD then burning them back again.CYA Later:

AFAIK nero just gives a warning, I use my oldoldold copy of clonecd,
