Problem with backup

Please do as NightTran suggests and try using DVD Decrypter. If you still have problems, please save the log and post it here so it can be reviewed for possible causes.

DVD Backup

What screen disappears? Does the program just close itself or your whole monitor goes blank? What DVD are you trying to backup? Give some more detail of what happens.

If you installed Decrypter, you should be able to rip to the hard drive just fine. I posted in another forum the sequence to follow to get a backup done. You may want to read the post.
